Ellen Brett founded Brett Innovation™ after identifying a need for a customer-centered discovery and strategy consultancy that would equip life science companies with the tools and information they need to change the world of healthcare. Ellen’s approach reflects her breadth of experience in navigating the changing payer, provider, and patient landscape, with particular expertise in understanding how to create and sustain patient engagement that achieves Triple Aim results. She combined her skills and knowledge to develop Triple Lens™ products and services, actionable insight-driven solutions that simplify complexity in patient centered product commercialization and illuminate vital levers in the evolving healthcare market.
Throughout her 25-year healthcare career, Ellen has achieved breakthrough results by integrating a deep market insight with a broad strategic vision to frame opportunities and risks, bring focus to the issues that drive results, and align teams to deliver coordinated patient-centered execution. Ellen has a stellar track record of dramatically improving the performance of significant brands in the pharmaceutical marketplace, such as Zyrtec®, Chantix®, Viagra®, Lipitor®, and Lyrica®. Her achievements at Pfizer® propelled her to the firm’s most senior marketing leadership position, with responsibility for $13B in product revenues. Ellen then became VP, Global Strategy and Innovation, where she led development of the strategic direction for $24B in revenues across North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
Now through Triple Lens™ products and services, Ellen provides outside expert perspectives, develops novel patient and provider insights, implements integrated planning methodologies, and makes targeted recommendations. Ellen guides CEOs and C-suite executives in a range of healthcare companies, from health technology start-ups to Fortune 50 life science firms.
